myhouse Furnishings welcomes your furniture and accessory consignments for a period of 90 days. When you consign a piece of furniture with myhouse, you walk away with 50 percent of the sale price; the remaining 50 percent goes to myhouse. For accessories – mirrors, lamps, rugs, dishes, etc. – the split is also 50/50.


If you would like to consign furniture, please email us a photograph of the piece in advance to myhousefurnishings@gmail.com.


From the photo, we can estimate a ball park price, which takes into account not only what you paid for the item, but also what we think we can sell it for. Accessories may be brought in without sending a photo, although we always appreciate an email “heads up.”

We do markdowns once a month. Check on the status of your consigned items by calling or emailing us – we will not call you when your item is purchased. Your cut will be waiting for you in your account for one year after the sold date.


If your item does not sell in the 90-day consignment period, you have 14 days to pick it up. After the 14 days, the piece will either be donated or become the property of myhouse.
